Discovery
Clarify what to build before you start developing

Many software projects start with a vague idea of what’s needed—without clear definitions of features, users, or product goals.
Discovery turns an idea or initial requirements into a clearer picture of what to build. It’s an analysis and alignment phase for everyone involved.
Understanding processes, users, and goals
In discovery workshops we review existing processes and the context where the software will be used.
That means how people work today, what tools they use, and where daily tasks friction appears—plus project goals and the value the new software should bring.
Defining features and priorities
With context clear, work shifts to defining product functionality.
Not every feature matters equally. Discovery highlights what’s most important for a first version—often an MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
A shared product vision
A main discovery goal is common understanding across business stakeholders and the development team.
By the end you have an initial functional shape, key user flows, and a first roadmap—inputs for design and development.
